step 1: click on survey and enter your mail id
step2: an link to survey will be sent to your mail id
step 3: then follow the link so that you can tell your opinion on the present pattern of upsc
step 4: then click submit
note: it just an opinion collecting survey and its not an official survey conducted by upsc, but it makes a lot of difference when you participate in the BASWAN COMMITTE for setting of new upsc pattern
