Regarding many surveys almost 30-35 questions are repeated every year in UPSC IAS prelims, same can be expected this year IAS prelims 2016 too. As the cut off marks are only to the CSAT paper-1 and CSAT to is a qualifying paper of 66 marks, there won't be an issue if you cover previous year questions as it is already posted in the blog. Utilize as best you can and crack civil services 2016.
